Position Overview
The Director of Sales and Growth is responsible for leading and defining our sales strategy in the healthcare technology space. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing sales motions that drive revenue growth while addressing the unique needs of healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. This role involves collaboratively setting a strategic vision for sales operations, leading business development efforts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of healthcare technology, extensive sales leadership experience, extensive experience in defining sales motions for different products across different market segments, and the ability to drive both customer acquisition and long-term partnerships.

The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $130,000 to $170,000 plus commission.
Our salary ranges are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Intrahealth. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the range. The top portion of the salary range is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Intrahealth. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
